Everyone knows that the telling is only part of the story – to show our designers and customers that our products really are handmade we wanted more...
Hence in January, we visited our factories in England to document the artisanal manufacture of our beautiful products. The weather was chilly (minus 6 in Birmingham) but the warmth of the welcome and the pride of the artisans as we recorded their work more than compensated!
We trust the resulting videos will illustrate the passion, dedication and skill exhibited by the wonderful craftspeople who make our products every day for you to enjoy for a lifetime.
