Tap Dancing With Tiles

From tapware to tiling, it’s an intricate dance of style & functionality.

From tapware to tiling, it’s an intricate dance of style & functionality when creating a space which reflects your individuality.

Tiles add one of the beautiful layers that compose great interiors. Patterned, textured, extravagant or sophisticated, they express your style and amplify the design.

A teaser for our 2018 winter window collaboration with Steve Cordony, these mosaic ‘Labyrinth’ tiles in natural marble complement the materiality of our Hawthorn Hill bare brass towel warmer and exude a timeless elegance in this bathroom.

We love the bold English bronze tapware and hardware in GIA’s Glen Iris kitchen, supported by a tessellating ‘fish scale’ wall tile.

Here, an element of surprise & pizazz is tucked away in this laundry by GIA.

Ornate, encaustic tiles on the floor are anchored by understated brick bond wall tiles, in this Hawthorn bathroom by Naomi Freier, where organic brass and timber define the space.

Fish scale tiles cut from Carrara marble are a graceful feature of this laundry by Provincial Kitchens.

A coloured splashback creates a playful feel, in this young girl’s bathroom by Innate Home, and draws attention to the decorative vanity, while chic Perrin & Rowe Contemporary brassware allows the room to mature with her.

In essence, the fittings you select for the kitchen and bathroom are the backbone of your design, with the finish of your taps and accessories defining the mood - from cool chrome to warm, tactile brass.

With outstanding feature tiles currently taking the spotlight on the Australian market, our Perrin & Rowe tapware confidently shares the stage, both acting together to create theatre around every corner.
