Oxford Decorative Grilles - hand assembled 41mm diamond grille with alternate floral rosettes

Direct from the heart of the UK, Oxford Decorative Grilles are designed to be inset into joinery or custom furniture designs, elevating a space with effortless refinement.

DESIGN: Hand assembled diamond grilles are composed of 3mm solid brass square rods, overlayed in a diamond configuration in 25mm, 41mm and 55mm apertures and fixed together with either plain pins, plain rosettes or floral rosettes. When rosettes are specified, there is a 20mm allowance around the grille where only pin heads are used to allow for clearance within a rebate.

LAYOUT: Patterns of the grilles are always centred. Each grilles piece is custom made to your specification and cannot be easily trimmed on-site.

BACKING MESH: Oxford Grilles are available either with or without a backing mesh. Backing mesh is available as either Fine Mesh (FM) with 0.5mm gauge wire and 1.5mm aperture grid or Open Mesh (OM) with 1mm gauge wire and 3mm aperture grid. Please note that the backing mesh is soldered onto the grille.

FINISHES: Oxford Decorative Grilles are available in plated and unplated brass finishes, or stainless steel. They are made to order and batch finished - specify by room to ensure a consistent finish in each room. Please note that backing mesh may not exactly match the grille finish for all finishes as the different types of brass materials respond differently to the finishing process.

MINIMUM SIZE: Any grille piece smaller than 300mm x 300mm will be charged at the rate of the equivalent 300mm x 300mm piece.

MAXIMUM SIZE: Oxford Grilles are all available up to 700mm wide x 1200mm high. Larger grilles between 1200-1500mm high may be available on a case-by-case basis.

OVERSIZE: Requests for larger grilles up to 700mm wide x 1500mm high can be made to our design team for consideration. However, any grille exceeding 1200mm high will require review due to manufacturing and plating constraints. Oversize orders (exceeding 1200mm) will incur one $150 DHL surcharge. Please note, the absolute maximum dimension is 1500mm due to shipping limitations.

ORDERING: To order Oxford Grilles for your project please complete the product order form and accompany this with the main order form at the rear of our Oxford Grilles catalogue (available via the Product Documentation button). For large orders, grilles are aged in batches. Please provide a room name for each piece so we can group them accordingly. Record the dimensions of each required panel size on the schedule and send through for a formal quote or to place the order. We will follow up with current lead times and to clarify any details.
