Model code: LV1114
The Wilson lever is based on Greek Revival architecture, a movement of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. It is said to have been introduced to Britain by architect James Stuart, who was so inspired by the beauty of ancient Greek buildings that he wrote Antiquities of Athens after a 1751 trip to Greece. Influenced by its simplicity and elegance, Joseph Giles took classic elements from this style to create the Wilson lever handle. Joseph Giles locks & latches are available in light, medium, and heavy-sprung options. To ensure the best performance for this lever handle design, we recommend using a heavy-sprung latch.
